1984 Cadillac Deville V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

i have changed the ecm, map sensor and fuel pump relay. This car is stll loading up with fuel. What else can be causing this problem.

Is the map sensor getting vacuum.

Are you able to read the data from ecm, and is the O2 sensor reading rich. Also, try disconnecting the O2 sensor and see what happens. Also, check base ignition timing.
