My center light works, but the lights do nort work onthe left or right any ideas?

The high mount light works there's a problem with the joint connector where all the brake circuit meets at. It is not a ground problem. Check for power at the bulb socket with the white wire-do you have it? If not your right back to the joint connector

Is it a part that will need replaced or simply a cleaning of the connection?

Do a continuity test from the bulb socket to the joint connector
