2004 Cadillac CTS Radio, Dome, Steering wheel control

I have lost power to my dome light, steering wheel controls and radio - the radio is not displaying any message, and the dome light works if manually turned on. I would believe it was a fuse but I could not find the "Radio" fuse in the owners manual. I was so frustrated that I pulled and inspected every fuse in the box - none were blown. What do you think?

Its under warrenty, take it in 5 yrs 50k miles
