MY SPEDO DOES NOT WORK AND NO DASH LIGHTS. ALL ICONS SHOW UP WHEN KEY IS IN THE ON POSITION EXCEPT CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. WHEN CAR IS STARTED NO LIFGTS COME ON. DASH COMPLETELY DARK EXCEPT GOT AIR AND RADIO. IS PROBLEM IN INSTRUNEMT CLUSTER OR FUSES ON NEITHER? PLEASE HELP.

First thing is to check all fuses. Do you have a digital dash? I really can't tell by your posting. Please advise.

It sounds like it the ACM for the speed/odom. I had to replace it in my 00. It is about an 8 hour job. Try replacing the bulbs in the dash also.
