Cabin air inside/outside recirculation flap broken

Had issues with very low air flow through all vents. Discovered it to be that the 4"x6" "flap" that switches from outside to inside air intake had broken on the end it attaches to the actuator pin and fell flat blocking almost all air. I'm looking for instructions to remove this whole housing so that I can attempt a repair (I think I can glue/epoxy it back together and get it functioning again). I could also replace just the flap if I could possibly find that part.

Good afternoon,

I attached the procedure for removing the dashboard and the heater case as well.

Once you remove the heater case, you will need to break it down to gain access to the failed door. The part is not available. It is only available with the entire heater case.
