Hello, this vehicle does not/should not have a cabin air filter. Here is what comes up from the repair software:

This Article has been updated by bulletin #PIT3330, dated December 22, 2004.

Condition/Concern:
A customer may inquire about the availability of the passenger compartment air filter.

Recommendation/Instructions:
Starting in 2003 model year, the passenger compartment air filter is no longer available as a factory option. With the redesigned HVAC case, there is no longer a cavity for the filter. The GM parts catalog indicates there is a replacement filter available; however, there is no provision for it.

Hope this helps,
William

Will do.
By the way when replacing a blend door actuator, should the new one marker be set to the same position as the old one or left at the 12 o clock. Mark it came on?

The HVAC doors will be in the last place or default setting, as you can see on the old actuator. Most of the time the new actuator will come with a small tool to turn the HVAC door so you can fit the new one in. You don't want to turn the new one and risk breaking the nylon gears inside. If there was not a small tool included I use the old actuator as a key and turn it by hand. You can also cut off the gear and use it.

There is no factory provision for an HVAC filter on the 2004 - 2008 version, which stopped in 2003 when they changed the design and removed the filter.

Change out the filter then push the rubber end of the restriction monitor and it should reset. If it doesn't reset, it's likely from age. You can replace it but as long as you check and change the filter as needed it's not an urgent thing to have.
