Buying a car battery

I am looking at car batteries on Walmart. Com. What is the difference between: EverStart Maxx, Group Size 65N and EverStart Maxx, Group Size 65S? If the "N" is out of stock, will the "S" work for my son's car?

The "N" is a larger capacity and strength battery so if the car calls for the "N", then the "S" cannot substitute.
