I have noticed recently my driving has seemed bumpy. Everything seems to be running fine, my tires are fairly new, and my brake pads are recently changed too. Any idea what might cause it to seem bumpy when driving or decelerating?

Hi JBlanner,

Bumpy driving normally sounds like shock absorbers are worn or have leaked out the oil needed in order to dampen the suspension and give you the firm feeling.

I attached the procedure for the front and rear shocks to remove and install them in the even that I am correct.

Let me know if you find them leaking. The best way to tell is to see if the shocks look clean or are they covered in oil and dirt? They may be dusty but if they have an oily dirt on them then they are in need of replacement.
