It is a CXL. Checked all fuses seem ok. Notice two large fuses WIper 1 & wiper 2 could it be one of these (under hood fuse box)

RR WPR fuse3 is the one that power's the rear wiper I emailed you a wire diagram and a trouble tree for rear wiper inop to your personal email.
