1996 Buick Skylark anti thief

Car gos into nostart timttotime may go months with out doing this, car starts then cuts off anti thief lite flashs and I have to wait 12 mins to restart then all ok. During this time car cut off every time started also where is ecu for anti thief located thank you

Seems like the ignition switch is the culprit on the GMs.

Hard to say with it being so intermittant. Makes testing near impossible.
