Power lock and window does not work on one door

My car is a 2003. I just noticed that the power lock and power window does not work on the the rear passenger door (behind the driver). All works well on other three doors. I am guessing a wire issue? Any help is appreciated. Thanks for your time.

Update. Hmm, funny thing now. I have noticed that the power window is now operational. However, the power lock is still not working. No mechanics here have any suggestions. I need your expertise. Thanks again.
