2001 Buick Regal Car stalls

When I turn on my turn signals my car stalls. It does restart but if I put the turn signal on again it will stall.

That is an interesting one. I would have to say I would start by checking for shorts in the steering column and checking the ignition switch. That is the only area that the two (signals and ignition) are near each other. Check for damaged, broken, or disconnected wiring. Also, you may want to remove the ignition switch itself and have it tested.
