1998 Buick Regal Fuel

Hi! I ran my gas a little 2 low while trying to save a few cents. My car started to stall when I was pulling at tha gas station. I filled it up with gas and it started right up. It had a little stumble so I sat their for about 1min hit the gas a little and put it in drive. It stumbled real bad and then shut off and never turned on again. The fuel pump is still working cause it still shoot gas out tha little valve under the hood when I press it and had my dad turn tha key. Dont know what it could be what about tha fuel relay? Thanks

Sounds like the pump is no more good, the relay wont go bad from that, and if it was bad the pump wouldnt turn on, perform a fuel pressure test and compare it to specs, if its too weak it is no longer good.
