Greetings,
I have a 1998 Buick Regal LS, and I recently changed: both outer tire rods, front rotors and pads, and both front struts. When I try to stop the vehicle and I apply the brakes, it starts making a noise like it is hitting or knocking on the brakes. I’m not sure if the noise is because I have not done an alignment or something else. It didn’t make the noise prior to replacing the parts. Can someone help me please? Thanks

I'm guessing u did the repairs yourself. If so did U torque (tighten) everything down to the right spec's? U said u did the brake pads, did u use 'shoe goo'? If not that could make your brakes sound like there clanking. Are all the holding pins in the right way?
