1995 Buick Regal rough

During the winter the car was hard to start if I had turned it off more than twice. Had to let it sit for a few hours. Now that its hot out its really hard to start, cranks but doesnt turn over. Then when it does start it runs rough. Can floor it and it doesnt seem to be getting gas. If I get it started once and drive for awhile, turn off, it doesnt always start again

I have had similar issues with a Buick I was working on. It wound up being one shorted out injector and one dead (or open) injector. I got lucky when I took one of the injector wiring connectors off and the motor started and ran fine on five cylinders, I replaced the bad injectors with some from a BMW ( I am a BMW master technician) and the car started and ran great. So try checking the resistance of the injectors and let us know if this helps you out. By the way, they should be 2 or 3 ohms and they should be all the same.
