MY 94 BUICK RIGAL FAILED ON HC READINGS WERE 1.3725 LIMITS ARE 1.2000 THE CO READINGS WERE 12.0420 LIMITS ARE 15.000 (PASS) NOX ARE GITTING CLOSE WITH A READING OF 2.9870 LIMITS ARE 3.0000 ENY THOUGHTS AS TO WHY IT RUNS GOOD AND DOUS NOT GET TO HOT?

HC failure in an emissions test usually indicates a poor ignition or misfire. Try replacement of the spark plugs, use the manufactures' recommended plug and that it is gapped correctly.
