1990 Buick regal, The car is junk but its got a full tank of gas. I cant siphon it out so how else can I empty the tank?

Does the fuel pump still run? If so, use jumper wires from battery for B+ and ground at the pump connector. On second thought, you may have a fuel pump prime connector under the hood, jumper from B+, to run the pump. Take fuel supply line loose, aim into proper container. Be careful of sparks around gas fumes.

The fuel pump prime connector should be behind the battery, red wire with electrical connector, nothing plugged into it.
