Brake warning light I checked the fluid level

Light is on continuously. I checked the fluid level and even pulled a wheel to check brake pads. Both positive. Road check with hard braking yields nice smooth stops.
I noticed it a few miles after releasing the parking brake, but not sure whether it went off and then came on or remained on. I suspect it is the pedal switch. I cannot locate the pedal switch to see if the pressure switch is depressed. Could it be anything else?

More than likely this issue is with the brake level switch. This is a switch in the master cylinder that turns the light on.

So, if the fluid is not low then we need to test this switch.

Basically, we need to jump the switch and see if the light turns off. It does then we need to replace the switch.
