1997 Buick Park Avenue window module

I have a window module, used, in my driver door and there is power to it and the fuse is ok but I have no window control and the door locks also dont work. Were do I start troubleshooting? The module is to replace one that shorted out after the original one had a driver window switch break off.

First check all of your fuses. There are fused in 3 different places on this park. Under the rear seat - under the hood - and under the passenger side dash board where your feet would go. Check your manual for better assistance on that.
