1995 Buick Park Avenue Need Help

I am having trouble with my car now that it is cold in Minneosta. Itwill not start and only click over. I recently had the battery recharged by a neighbor now it won't start. The head lights barely come on what should I do?

Have both the battery and alternator tested at a local auto part store for free. They can tell you which one is bad and then you can replace it (or have a repair shop replace it).
