Fan motor blower

A/C stop blowing. I can hear it engage but nothing blows out. Had trouble with heat it came on when it wanted to.

These cars had a big problem with the AC control module which controls the heat and he blower fan. Here is what it looks like and how to change it (diagram below)

When we turn off the ignition, the blower will not shut off.
