Engine Performance problem
1995 Buick Park Avenue 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 75k miles

I have a 95 buick park ave ultra supercharged, It is intermitantly stalling and my wife says she turns off the ac and it starts right back up. I have changed the electronic ignition module the throttle position sensor cleaned the Idle air control valve clean the mass air flow sensor cleaned battery terminals and it is still going it. It has a ODB1 plug but Auto Zone and mechanic both say it is not throwing any codes. I'm at a loss and getting frustrated, any ideas?

I have the exact same year and car and it's doing the same thing. Had it to a mechanic and he says he can't find anything wrong, of course it never stalls for him. Did you ever find out what was wrong? I have it at another garage right now, they're trying to figure it out.
Thanks!

Well after spending 700 bucks having it at two mechanics and even the dealership who said they "would find the problem" it still stalls out. My solution to the problem.I sold the d_mn thing. No one including myself could find anything wrong with it. I did have someone tell me after I sold it to check the ignition switch. They said that the switch could have a bad spot in it causing it to shut off the car while driving but when going to start it again it would start right back up untill the switch loss contact again. I guess it would have beeen worth a try to install a new key switch ignition switch? Nothing else semmed to work, so good luck.

That is NOT the answer I was looking for but THANK YOU! I hope to hear from the 2nd garage today, so we'll see what he says. I like the car and would hate to get rid of it but if it keeps acting up like this, I'm going to have to do it. And I thought the mechanics just took advantage of blonde women! I don't feel so bad now. Sorry for your loss though, I might be in the same boat.
Thanks again for responding.

I would be very interested in knowing what you find out if they do resolve the problem. We sold it to a friend who is a mecahnic and was aware of the problem. It is still setting in front of his shop so I'm guessing he has not found the problem yet. If you find out something let me know and I will relay the info to him. Thanks for responding. Good luck, they are nice cars to drive.

Well, here's the scoop on my car. Picked it up Friday but with no answers at all. He said the car stalled only once and he wasn't able to tell what the problem was but if he had to make an educated guess, he would say it's the computer. I have been driving it all weekend with no problems. Of course it'll mess up on my way to work or something like that, that's how things have been going for me.
