CHECK THE INSIDE POSITIVE BATTERY CABLE FOR LOOSNESS OR CORROSION. MY DAILY DRIVER IS A 95 LESABRE JUST WENT THROUGH THE SAME SLOW CRANK, VOLT METER FLUCTUATION PROBLEM. LET IT GO AND ENDED UP WITH A BAD COMPUTER BECAUSE OF VOLTAGE SURGES.
