2001 Buick Lesabre Banging Brakes

I have a 2001 Buick LeSabre Custom, and the brakes make the whole car shutter. It feels like they are sticking. When you hit the brakes on the highway they make this loud banging noise. They have been like this for about a year and they continue to get worse. Please help.

Drive the car and if when you step on the brake the front seems to shake or the pedal bounces, it the front rotors, if the bouncing is felt more in the seat it is the rear brakes, also check the tires for a shifted belt.
