Which fuse would I check for a blower not working? Where is the line to check for a vacuum leak?

Check fuses and if all OK check if you have power at one of the wires
put the fan at high and the other wire should have ground if so the motor no good and need a new one
vacuum has no control over the motor operation it direct the flow of air
