Start out testing for power and ground at the motor and see which is missing if any and we can take it from there.

Take blower motor electrical connector loose from blower motor. Use voltmeter or testlite between the two terminals on the wiring, key on, hvac on. Any voltage, does the lite come on. If you have good voltage and ground with no blower action, suspect the blower motor. Also, if no voltage check applicable fuses. The blower motor should be on the firewall, under the hood.
