1994 Buick Lesabre 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 160K miles

my car wont even turn over, exterior and interior lights, dash lights all come on and radio works. The Car Wont Even Attemp to Crank Up and have put brand new battery

Check to see if you have power to the small terminal on the starter solenoid when you turn the key to start. If you do, your starter is probably bad.

I tested starter with jumper cables and it cranked fine

And by the way I have an limited model. With a 93engine in it now&after replacing a 94, but both runs the same just a couple sensor swaps.

If you have no power to the small terminal on the starter solenoid with key in "start" position, I would suspect the ignition or neutral safety switch.
