Heater blows cold air?

The heater blows cold air and I need to know what to do to repair the problem?

First, is the engine running at a normal operating temp (around 200 degrees)? Second, with the engine warm and the heat on, feel both heater core hoses. They should both be hot. Check out this guide to help us fix it.
