1992 Buick cranks does not start, no sound of fuel pump hum at key on and car has been sitting for a year. Where is fuel pump fuse and relay located? If fuel pump fuse and relay test good can fuel pump be removed without dropping tank? How?

Fuel pump relay is behind right side of dash in fuse/relay center. Check fuse #6 in the same center. The tank unit cant be done with the tank in the car, sorry, needs to come out

Thanks for the info and I assume you are referring to the fuse/relay bank under the hood on right side? If yes, great and you stated to check fuse #6, and it is good. Which relay? Anyway to test the relay?

Appreciate the response!

According to my software there is a fuse/relay panel under the dash on r/h side. Might need to remove the plastic panel to gain access
