1989 Buick Lesabre right turn signal

My right turn signal does not blink. I replaced the big bulb and it burns but the small bulb next to it even with a new bulb does not come on. Under the hood it looks like a small plug needs to be plugged in but I can't seem to find where it plugs in.

Welcome to the forum. Are you saying the right front turn doesn't work? Do the rest of them, front and rear, work ok? You may need to use a testlite on the bulb socket, see if there is any voltage. Sometimes the bulb isn't making good contact?

The left works front and back the bulbs on the right side works and don't blink the small flasher looking type bulb in the right front does not light up and under the hood has a wire that has two small holes for it to plug in somewhere but I can't see a place for it to plug in just wandering if it may be disconnected there.

I'd have to check all bulbs and sockets, front and back. I can't tell about the loose conector?
