MY CAR WAS RECENTY IN A CAR ACCIDENT AND THE RIGHT FRONT QUARTER WAS HIT, AFTER THE ACCIDENT WHEN I DROVE THE CAR TO THE AUTOBODY SHOP I HEARD A SOUND LIKE SOMETHING WAS RUBBING OR GRINDING, I ASSUMED DUE TO THE DAMAGE THAT WAS WHAT IS WAS, THE CAR HAS BEEN REPAIRED HOWEVER WHEN I STARTED TO DRIVE THAT SAME NOISE IS STILL THERE, COULD IT BE A BEARING IN THE AXLE? IT GETS LOUDER THE FASTER YOU GO

It could be, but not too likely. I'd check first to make sure the sheet metal splash shield inboard of the brake rotor isn't rubbing against the rotor. It can get bent pretty easily.
