1994 Buick Century Window problem

1994 Buick Century 165, 00 miles

Car has crank type windows. Front window on driver's side will not go up or down. Any diagram of assembly? Has a belt on the assembly on the crank.
Assembly was riveted on. Any idea how to fix?

Its the regulator gone bad and need to be replaced
yes its rivets and need to be punched out and or drilled
the new one can be mounted using rivets or some come supplied with small screws and nuts
sorry I don't have any diagram for the procedure
