1994 Buick Century

I have owned this vehicle for a 1.5 years and wanted ac.I recently recharged a completely empty low valve and the A/C compressor engaged and worked. For about 1 day. The pressure hasnt lowered so I ruled out a leak. When the AC is not running pressure is at 35psi and when running its at 25psi but the compressor doesnt engage. The fuse is good, it has freon, any ideas?

Hi there,

start with checking that there is power at the A/C clutch when you go to turn it on, if power is present the clutch will be faulty, no power check for a fuse first then check the circuit for any faults. Start here,
