1994 buick century will not start after battery shorted on manifold. Prior to this ac compressor pully froze, removed compressor replaced with kit, replaced starter, battery, serpentine belt, but battery in wrong shorted on air manifld

Check voltage drop on the wire(burnt) or have it replaced check fuses and check if security light on and or flashing
