Engine problem
1990 Buick Century Two Wheel Drive Automatic 120000 miles

I reciently replaced the bottom crank pulley, the car sat for 4 months unused without being started. After replaceing the pulley, the car WILL NOT start. I went out and bought starter spray and sprayed it in throat of the air intake hopeing that it would help it to fire up, but still it wont start. Motor spins and starter works perfectly! I checked for spark and spark is strong. All fluids have been checked. Is there any suggestions as to what the heck is wrong with this car?The bottom pulley had to be replaced because the belt came off after the pulley broke. Thanx 4 any help that u can send.

If you have spark and fuel pump working and have fuel pressure
try this check the plugs and or start with a full and charged battery
hold gas pedal down to the floor and try to start

If you have spark and fuel to engine then there may be a bad timing chain if this is a v6, if engine when cranking spins very fast this maybe problem, you can tell by looking at rocker arm while cranking engine if they donot move bad chain]
