Car started fine as usual, returned to drive way and tried to start about one hour later and would not crank. Power to the starter, battery is good and when jumped across the starter will run for a split second then quit. Is there a relay tha is bad?

Switch was replaced 5 months ago. I guess it could be that but it "feels" the same as always. Thanks
