After driving this car for about 45 mins. To a little over and hour. The engine shakes. If I do not keep my foot on the gas peddle it will die. But after 5-10 more mins of the first symptoms, the engine dies. I try to crank the engine and it will start but dies immediately after putting it into gear. After the engine cools down. It is good to drive for about another hour. What can I check to find out what is causing this?

Lets start by having the idle air control valve/exhaust gas recirculation valve/throttle position sensor/MAP checked.

When above checks out-Do a fuel presssrue check and comeback with the readings.
