Broken door handle

Driver side door handle is broken. Can I use the handle on the passenger side to replace on the driver side?

They are mirror images of each other.

They are "side" specific.

I looked at Advance Auto Parts (online) they are close to $40.00. You might look online at other local stores for maybe a better deal.
