I changed out the brake calipers and the master cylinder on the car and bled the brakes all the way around. I made sure no lines were clogged. All four brake calipers are receiving fluid and and I get pressure while car is off, but once the vehicle is started it loses all pressure and no more brakes.

There are ways to prevent air from getting into the lines and having to bleed the entire system, but if that happened, I suspect the car has anti-lock brakes. If it does, you will need a scanner to command the ABS computer to open two valves so those chambers can be bled.
