So when I stop I get this jerking feeling but not in the pedal. Like an out of round rotor but the pedal does not throb. I jacked it up one side at a time and ran I up to speed then applied brake with no noticeable jerking. I know that the rotors and pads had been recently replace when I got it.

Sounds like it was setting a while and rusted the rotors under the pads. Leaves a spot that will grab as you brake. Easy solution it to pull the front rotors and turn them. (The fronts are more likely to be felt than the rears).

I did pull wheel on one side to look at rotor and all looked fine. I did put a lot of miles since purchase I do not remember any big issue with braking right after purchase, but yes it had been sitting at least six months. Rear drums look original. I also notice I have a wheel bearing going bad not sure if front or rear. Wondering if its rear it would make brake wear/grab funny?

Bad bearing could do it, brake pressure would try to "straighten" the drum/disc and grab as it moves.

Well it was a cracked rusted frame and it finally broke right where the rubber mount is! I welded it back on but I still have a clunk noise like if I go a few feet in reverse then put in drive while rolling big clunk! So now i'm wondering where the motor mounts are located!
