When I make a sharp turn, left or right I lose brake pedal and have to pump the hell out of it to get any pedal. Thankfully I had a tree in my yard

Hello,

It sounds like you have an front wheel bearing going out which causes the rotors to push the brake caliper piston back into the caliper which takes a few pumps to bring the pedal up. can you jack the front of the car up and grab both wheel to see if there is any play?

If the bearing are out this guide will help you replace them:

Please run down this guide and report back.
