After arriving over 70km/hour if I press my brake pedal block and repress it the second time the brakes works but the car is like I'm losing control and the wheel makes noise. Please help. Thanks

Good morning,

This sounds like one of the wheels has an issue with worn-out linings.

The fact that the pedal does not work the first time tells me you may have a bad master cylinder. Check the fluid. If it is good, then I would suggest replacing the master cylinder as a start.
