Brake pad hardware

So I just bought the car listed above. I have replace everything on the front end and it did not have any hardware on the brakes. I cannot seem to figure out how the fit on the pass if anyone can show me a picture that would be amazing.

This is about the only picture I could find that even shows the hardware. The thin tins are number three. They go over the steering knuckle where the pads ride. Make sure you clean off all rust/crud, then apply a thin film of silicone grease to the iron and snap the tins on. Do not apply lube to the tins where the pads set.

I have cleaned the rust off, but they do not seem to "snap" into place.

Sometimes the clips will just push into place without a snap. As long as there are flush you are okay,
