When braking, it seems to happen only after some time driving, there is a harsh grinding noise when braking at all speeds at the front wheels. I have replaced rotors and pads on all four wheels with no decrease in the noise. I also made sure that I greased everything I needed to when installing it. I am at a loss.

Good morning.

What type of pads did you use for the repair? If you use metallic pads, they may grind when they get hot from the composition of the pad material.

Ceramic pads are much better for noise. The only drawback is the dust. They tend to create dust on the wheels.

They are semi metallic which is what we always have used, but the noise seems to be louder than it ever has been.

Okay, makes sense. I would upgrade the pads to ceramic. That should eliminate the noise.

Semi metallic's are too harsh. The metal comes to the surface when the brakes get hot and the result is the noise.
