Prior to removing the brake line to access the caliper bolts, do I need to clamp the brake line?

Hello, I am Danny.

May I ask why you are removing the brake line? If you are just doing a brake job/pad replacement there would not be a reason to remove the line. Once the line is removed air will enter the system and you will then have to bleed all the air out of the system. I can give you tutorial links and diagrams if needed. Hope this helps and please ask any other questions if needed. Thanks for using 2CarPros.
