Brake lights

While my lights are off or on, if I press the brakes my hazard lights are the ones that turn on. If I use my turn signal it seems as if my hazards want to turn on and my digital clock on my dashboard will also flash. Almost forgot to mention I have no dashboard lights. Please help. Thank you.

Start with checking all the electrical earth points as it sounds as if the problem may be here, has the car been at a panel shop reticently?

I am not sure what you mean by earth points. No the car has not been at a panel shop.

Battery earth and main chassis electrical earth points, if you are unsure a mechanic can do this fairly quickly
