Third brake light works. Sockets when pressed come out to.314. Turn signals, and running lights work. Now, the headlights stay on except when ignition if off. I checked all bulbs, and pedal switch. Fuses all test great. I'm at a loss.

Good morning,

I attached a wiring diagram for you to view. Check the white wire highlighted from the stoplight switch to the turn signal switch for power with the brake pedal depressed.

If it has power, then test the wires highlighted for power out to the rear sockets. You may have a bad turn signal switch but needs to be confirmed.
