When I put on left turn signal it blinks super fast and it means my brake light is out. It is burning up the bulbs. Four metal connection on bulb itself. Melting the plastic around one of the metal connectors. I think I need to replace the harness. A short or something is melting the plastic part of bulb. What do you think?

If it got hot enough to melt it is possible that the contacts are touching inside the plastic. You can buy replacement bulb socket pigtails at most auto parts stores. You would cut the bad one off of the harness then connect the new one in its place.
You just need the color codes to match the wires to the socket.
For yours they are
Black = Ground
Brown = Marker/Running/Tail light feed for all corners.

Light Blue = Front Left Turn lamp
Dark Blue = Front Right Turn lamp

Yellow = Left Rear Stop/Turn lamp
Dark Green = Right Rear Stop/Turn lamp
