I replaced my brakes all around including new calipers. I bled them but it still feels soft. Is it air in the ABS module? How do I bleed it out? I have access to an Autel bidirectional scan tool.

It could be air in the system. Depending on the Autel it should have the bleed procedure in it. With it connected it will tell you "open bleeder X" then it will cycle the appropriate parts of the system. Most of them require a pressure bleeder to do the bleeding properly.

It needs a pressure bleeder? No way to do it myself with a regular one-man bleeder bottle?

And I'm seeing an option for ABS(MEB-2) and ESC(MEB-2). What's the difference? Which should I be doing or both?

You would want the ABS for that vehicle. The problem is that most of the brake procedures don't allow the time for manual bleeding. But you could try it.
