I have a 2011 Hyundai Veracruz that has drained the battery a couple times. The local Hyundai service department dianosed the body control module is causing this. They told me the Hyundia replacement part has been discontinued and we would need to find and install an used BCM.
Should I look for a used part, have the current BCM rebuilt or pursue something else?
Any and All help will be GREATLY APPRECIATED!
THANKS!

Personally I would have the current unit repaired IF you are sure it's the problem. For the repair I would suggest you contact a gent you can find on Facebook. Maic Salazar. Give him a call and see if he has a suggestion about it. He does a lot of board level repair. He should be able to assist with a repair or know someone who does if he doesn't do that particular module - https://www.youtube.com/@MaicSalazarDiagnostics
